a fantastic tour with an unparalleled level of privacy whilst you tour the best of the Margaret river region

This is a connoisseur’s tour of the stunning Margaret River region that takes you through an eclectic mix of cellar door experiences, from the small and out of the way boutique producers to the more established iconic wineries. There will be opportunities to meet the owners and participate in ‘behind the scenes’ wine tasting and to learn about grape growing and how ‘terroir’ impacts the path the fruit takes into the bottle.

TOUR details

• We start the day with a visit to two of the regions outstanding boutique wine producers with a classical and traditional philosophy behind all their wines.
   
• We then head to one of the region’s more established producers to taste some of their wines before settling down to lunch and a glass of wine. Their food philosophy involves, ‘great produce served simply’ and the relaxed, share-style menu is sourced from local and boutique producers, and changes frequently according to seasonality.
   
• To round off the day and before we drop you home, your MYDRIVER Margaret River host will take you to a selection of out of the way cellar doors to taste through their range of wines. Included will be a unique comparative wine tasting expereince that showcases Margaret Rivers stylistic differences alongside benchmark wines from renowned Australian wine regions.
